בחמישי ושישי: אליפות ישראל בשחייה אומנותית במכון וינגייט
אליפות ישראל בשחייה אומנותית תתקיים בימים חמישי ושישי השבוע (27-26 בינואר 2023) בבריכה הלאומית במכון וינגייט. בתחרות ישתתפו מעל 150 ספורטאיות וספורטאים מ-12 אגודות - הכניסה חופשית, הקהל מוזמן.

הקטגוריות בהן יתחרו הבנות יהיו סולו, דואט, קבוצתי טכני וקומבו לנערות ובוגרות, תרגילי חובה עד גיל 12 וצעירות. בנוסף יוכלו הצופים לצפות בדואט האולימפי של הצמד החדש, אריאל נשיא ושלי בובריצקי, שיציגו תכנית טכנית חדשה שנבנתה על ידי מאמנת העל אנה טרס. הטקס המרכזי יתקיים ביום שישי ב-12:20.

ישראל תהיה המדינה השניה בעולם, אחרי ספרד, שתיישם בתחרות גדולה את שיטת השיפוט שנכנסה לתוקף בשנת 2023. על פי השיטה יגישו המאמנות מראש את רמת הקושי של כל תרגיל, בתחרות יהיו שלושה משגיחים טכניים שיבדקו שמה שהוצהר זה מה שבוצע בפועל, ועוד שלושה משגיחים טכניים שיבדקו את התיאום בין הספורטאיות. השיטה הזו תיצור עניין גדול מאוד בתחרות ואתגר עבור הקבוצות שירצו לעמוד ברמת הקושי עליה הצהירו.
