לאחר האליפויות שהתקיימו בשבוע שעבר באזור הצפון והמרכז, היום התקיימה אליפות החורף השלישית והאחרונה לגיל 11-10, הפעם באזור הדרום.

האליפות התקיימה במרכז ספורט ונופש וייסגל ברחובות בהשתתפות למעלה מ-220 שחיינים ושחייניות מ-21 אגודות: מכבי ראשל"צSEALS , מכבי וייסגל רחובות, מכבי פ.מ רעות, מכבי שוהם, מכבי אשדוד, מתנ"ס רמת הנגב, הפועל בת ים, הפועל ירושלים, Eilat Swimming, הפועל עומר, הפועל ג'מים אילת, הפועל עירוני מודיעין, הפועל בית שמש, הפועל באר טוביה, מועדון ספורט מעלה אדומים, מ.ס רמלה, מכבי ירושלים, הפועל באר שבע, הפועל גליל עליון, הפועל אשכול והפועל שחייני הנגב.
